So, selling online can be confusing sometimes so this page is here to help you be more comfortable knowing all the steps it takes for your beautiful new jewelry to arrive.

 

SHIPPING

1. We use mostly USPS standard mail service, which includes a tracking number. All the delivery times are according the USPS website, which allows you to choose a shipping option at the check out page.

2. All ready made jewelry will ship within 4 business days after your order is placed. All custom orders will ship within 10 business days.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. We offer refunds and exchanges only if the item was damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item. For damaged items, please send us a photo as soon as you receive your item so we can work out the best solution. Depending on the situation, repairs and replacements may be possible.

2. We do not refund the cost of return shipments. However, there will be no charge for the shipment out of the new item.

3. Please pay close attention to the shipment information you provide because once your item is shipped, we have no responsibility for any lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered packages.
